When using our PRE-ORDER service, you will be asked to pay half of the purchase price up front and pay for the remaining half when delivered. If a size exchange is needed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Otherwise, PRE-ORDER items can be returned for a full store credit. We are not responsible for PRE-ORDERS that arrive past the expected delivery date due to manufacturer delays. We recommend giving yourself at least a thirty (30) day window so as to be spared from manufacturer blunders.

For all individual clothing orders over $110.00 shipped in New York State, West Village Kids is required to collect sales tax. Sales tax is based on shipping address, not billing address and will be charged only for shipping addresses within New York State. Shipments within the five boroughs of New York City will be charged state and local sales tax for individual clothing items over $110. Sales tax is not charged on shipments outside of New York State. Sales tax and shipping is calculated during checkout so total cost is known before order is submitted.

The availability & cost varies based on your location. External circumstances may prevent us from honoring all requests for same day courier service.

At West Village Kids, we want to ensure your happiness. We will gladly make an exchange or give you a full refund (minus shipping fees) for any items you are not completely satisfied with. The item MUST be returned to West Village Kids within 21 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition (including protective shields on bathing suit bottoms, hangers and original packaging). When returning an item, please include a copy of your sales receipt. If you do not, we will be unable to process your return.

Sale items are RETURNABLE and will be credited back to your credit card & or Paypal account if return them within 21 days.

We will credit your credit card when you return your items to the store. You will receive email notification at the time the credit or exchange is processed. Returns can only be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase. If you received free shipping, our shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.

Credit or shipments will be processed within 14 days after item is received. We strongly recommend that you insure your package and get a tracking number before returning items, as any returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition.
