Dear Friends,
No bones about it, which costume to wear for Halloween is a big topic in our home, I'm sure it's the same for you. We may not sell costumes at WVK, but we have plenty of frightful finds. 
More importantly, this month is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. My girls and I will be sure to wear plenty of pink to show our support.

Sheryl Crow is one of my favorite celebrity moms and she happens to be a breast cancer survivor. I would like to think that she would honor John Lennon's memory (his birthday is Oct. 9th)

"Corduroy" is a favorite among my girls. So, when Jumpstart asked that I participate with Jumpstart's Read for the Record, it was a thrill that I can give back.
