Oilily (Designed in the Netherlands) has selected West Village Kids to announce their Fall 2007 / Winter 2008 collection on June 15, 2007.  The name of the collection is Dreams of a Midnight Garden.  Oilily has the collections broken down to the baby clothes, the toddler girls clothes and the big girls.  We will have a huge selection of Oilily sweaters, sweat shirts, blouses, long sleeve T shirts, tights, Dresses / Rompers, Skirts, Coats / Jackets / Blazers, pants, shoes (sandals, yes Oilily boy sandals & Mary Jane’s / loafers) and women’s bags.

The Jikobi Sweater is a cotton/ wool cardigan with a unique winter scene & great selections of colors.  Cibbel is a brown hooded zipper sweat shirt with flower embroidery.
Two of my favorite Blouses are Esma, an orange button down floral blouse & Eliv, a pale pink button down blouse, so sweet it will look lovely on your little princess.
The collection of Long Sleeve T shirts is endless and so soft.  The Konnie shirts come in 3 different color ways, baby blue, ecru and glitter turquoise.  These shirts show off the unique winter scenes and if you look close, you may even be able to see a deer or two.  The feel of the Commy ‘s long sleeve striped and floral pattern T shirt are so YUMMY.  Oilily will be carrying 2 types of Kisbo shirts, one brown with amazing embellishments and another Kisbo shirt that has a great graphic that appears to be a walking piece of fine art.  The Koekoek orange all over floral long sleeve T shirt and the Krill Pink / Turquoise shirt will look great on your toddler girl. 

We are carrying two unique toddler dresses, the SOS orange velvet collared ruffle dress with embroidered faux fur ice skater and the Sovie dress, it’s pink on pink 4 tier jumper with all over floral print.  The 2 dresses for the big girls are so different.  The Soho denim dress is so sophisticated, it has a great shape to it, snap closures and a belt along the waist.  The Spritzy brown Velvet jumper has a beautiful plum floral pattern. 
The famous Oilily Toos skirt this season is part of their Flash holiday collection.  The party print elastic waist skirt with Turquoise Tulle on bottom is unbelievable.  Wait until you see the orange Tashi skirt.  Your daughter will be the "belle of the ball" with the ruffled elastic waist and the orange / ecru color way, its lush romantic embellishments are out of this world.  The Tash pink on pink elastic waist skirt is just FABULOUS, rosebud & ruffle embellishments.  Oilily’s Tamar skirt this year is brown, stars all over & a three tier bohemian skirt.

Both of the Dees pants are unique, one a Velvet floral pant with 5 pockets & the other Dees pants are a deep Turquoise corduroy pants with loads of pockets & star embellishments.  Both have a great shape to them.
A couple of other big girl Oilily pants to look out for are the Dee Dee denim pants, they are the great fit.

For the toddler girls there are a couple of comfortable elastic waist choices, the
Dusie Velvet Turquoise / Pink pant & the striped pink Dillo pant, great ribbon and ruffle detailing.  Another pair for the Oilily mini girl are the Dandy orange velvet pants, they have an embroidered faux fur ice skater on them.

The Oilily Fall coats are something special this year.  The pink Bay Bay over sized cropped zipper argyle Fall coat gives a teddy bear feel.  Check out the black collar & cuffs.  The Bobo Velvet blazer with plum floral print & embroidery in all the right spots is another favorite. For the toddler girls the Bongo Pink hooded Wool cape is a must have.  It is lined with faux fur, 4 toggle buttons and a special embroidered ice skater on it, oh my goodness!! 

In order to be a true Oilily princess, you must wear Oilily tights to finish off an outfit.  Some of the styles this year are Rooster, Rambi, Roxy. Rambi, Rossette, Rovy & Ralia tights.

Some of our favorites for the Oilily Spring Summer 2007 collection are the Dungas All Over Heart Print Pant, the Talia Poplin All Over Pink Floral Print Skirt , the Korry Pink Jersey Sea Print with embroidery,  the Tammy Poplin Photo Print Ruffled Skirt, the Tammy Ruffled Skirt, the Pink Polka Dot Twingy Skirt and the   Eefje Cotton All Over Print Blouse.

In addition to original clothing, West Village Kids also carries some Oilily sandals for boys & sandals for girls as well as Oilily Mary Jane’s & loafers. We have heard that Kelly Ripa loves Oilily, especially the Oilily shoes.
