She wore them in the house yesterday - calls them her "princess shoes". They actually fit pretty well now. She can wear them now and they don't look too big. I'm sure she will be able to wear both throughout early Spring and Summer as she has room to grow in them. ....Had I gone down to a 27 in the rivets they would have been too small or at least wouldn't last throughout the whole summer!
